Fiber filter plus motion blur creates the curtain in the back. The support pipes are just a gradient to create the roundness. The starbright lights are created by the smudge tool (with a small rainbow gradient on the tips for realism… but you cant really see it). Rendered lights make the spotlights. The “Gas” font was perfect for the text “Rockstar”. I did use stock imagery for the crowd silhouette (doubled it and masked it). Then I used the blue alpha channel of a paper bag to mask the entire comp to create the texture (I also ran a very light displacement map on the same texture).
